本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）は、撮メモLite（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）において、本アプリの開発者／運営者（以下「当社」といいます。）が、ユーザーの皆さまの情報をどのように取り扱うかについて定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用になる前に、本ポリシーを必ずお読みいただき、内容をご理解・ご同意のうえでご利用ください。本アプリをインストールし、又は利用した時点で、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

1. 適用範囲

  • **本ポリシーの対象**: 本ポリシーは、本アプリおよび当社が本アプリを通じて提供する各種サービス（以下総称して「本サービス」といいます。）に適用されます。
  • **第三者サービス**: Firebase などの外部サービス、Apple が提供する各種フレームワーク（Sign in with Apple、Push通知、ストア機能等）が別途定めるプライバシーポリシー・利用規約については、それぞれの提供者が定める内容が適用されます。当社はこれら第三者サービスのデータ取扱いについて責任を負いません。

2. 取得する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーから以下の情報を取得し、または取得する場合があります。なお、実際に取得する項目は、本サービスの機能構成やユーザーによる機能の利用状況によって異なる場合があります。

2-1. ユーザーが入力・送信する情報

  • シーン名、カット番号、秒数等の撮影メモ情報
  • 写真・サムネイル・AR用参考画像など、ユーザーが本アプリ内に保存したメディアデータ
  • プロジェクト名、作品名、タグ、コメント等
  • お問い合わせの際にご入力いただくメールアドレス、内容その他の情報

2-2. 端末・ログ情報

  • 端末の種類、OS バージョン、アプリのバージョン
  • 利用日時、利用回数、画面遷移や操作ログ等の利用状況
  • クラッシュログ、エラーログ

2-3. 識別子・通知関連情報

  • 広告識別子（IDFA/IDFV 等）※利用する場合
  • Firebase 等の外部サービスが発行する識別子
  • プッシュ通知のためのデバイストークン

2-4. 位置情報・カメラ情報

  • AR 機能等の提供のために、端末のカメラおよびセンサー情報を利用する場合がありますが、原則として当社サーバーに位置情報を恒常的に保存することは想定していません。
  • 位置情報等をサーバーに保存する機能を新たに実装する場合は、その旨をアプリ内表示や本ポリシーの改定などにより明示します。

3. 情報の利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を、以下の目的のために、必要な範囲内で利用します。 1. 本サービスの提供・運営・維持のため 2. メモ・写真・AR 情報等の保存、閲覧、整理等の機能を提供するため 3. 本アプリの品質向上、機能改善、新機能の企画・開発のため 4. 障害対応、不具合の調査、セキュリティ対策のため 5. 利用状況の分析、統計データの作成のため 6. お問い合わせへの対応、重要なお知らせ（機能変更、規約改定等）の通知のため 7. 不正利用の防止、利用規約違反への対応のため 8. 法令に基づく対応、または行政機関・裁判所等の公的機関からの要請への対応のため ※ 上記の利用目的は、ユーザーにとって不利益とならない範囲で、合理的に関連性のある範囲内で変更されることがあります。その場合、変更後の利用目的は本アプリ内またはウェブサイト等において公表します。

4. 外部サービスの利用

本アプリでは、以下のような外部サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスが取得・利用する情報については、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
  • Firebase（Firestore、Cloud Messaging など）
  • Apple が提供する認証・通知・ストア関連サービス
  • その他、将来追加される分析・通知・バックエンドサービス
当社は、これら外部サービスの利用により取得される情報について、当該サービス提供者に対して、利用目的の範囲内で必要な情報の提供・共有を行う場合があります。

5. 第三者提供

当社は、次の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 1. ユーザー本人の同意がある場合 2. 法令に基づく場合 3. 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ユーザー本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき 4. 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ユーザー本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき 5. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合 6. 事業の全部又は一部の譲渡、会社分割、事業譲渡その他の事由により事業が承継される場合

6. 情報の保管期間

  • 当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で情報を保存します。
  • ユーザーが本アプリからデータを削除した場合やアプリをアンインストールした場合でも、サーバー側にバックアップやログ等の形で一定期間情報が残存することがあります。
  • 法令上の義務を履行するために必要な場合、当社は当該法令に定める期間、情報を保存することがあります。

7. 安全管理措置

当社は、ユーザーの情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、合理的な範囲での安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、最新のセキュリティ技術を常に保証するものではなく、また、当社の責めに帰すべき事由がない場合のセキュリティ事故について、当社は責任を負わないものとします（法令に別段の定めがある場合を除きます）。

8. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、当社が保有する自身の個人情報について、以下の請求を行うことができます。
  • 開示の請求
  • 訂正・追加・削除の請求
  • 利用停止・消去の請求
  • 第三者提供の停止の請求
これらの請求を希望される場合は、「お問い合わせ窓口」に記載の方法でご連絡ください。ただし、以下の場合には、法令に基づき請求に応じないことがあります。
  • 本人または第三者の生命・身体・財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
  • 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  • 法令に違反することとなる場合
当社は、請求に応じない場合、その理由を可能な範囲でお知らせします。

9. 未成年のユーザー

  • 未成年のユーザーが本アプリを利用する場合、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得たものとみなします。
  • 未成年者に関する情報についても、本ポリシーに基づき適切に取り扱います。

10. ポリシーの変更

  • 当社は、本ポリシーの内容を、法令に特別の定めがない限り、ユーザーへの事前の予告なく変更することができます。
  • 変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリ内や当社が指定するウェブサイト等に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
  • 重要な変更がある場合には、本アプリ内での告知等、当社が適切と判断する方法で通知を行います。
ユーザーが、本ポリシー変更後も本アプリを利用し続けた場合、変更後の本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

11. 免責

  • 当社は、外部サービス（Firebase、Apple の各種サービス等）が原因となって生じた情報漏えい、不具合、その他の損害について、当該サービス提供者の責に帰すべき事由によるものを除き、一切の責任を負いません。
  • 当社は、ユーザーの端末環境、通信環境、利用中の他アプリやサービスとの競合等に起因して生じた損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
  • 無償で提供される本サービスに関して、当社は、法令上免責が認められる最大限の範囲で、瑕疵担保責任その他一切の法的責任を負わないものとします。

ShotMemoLite Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) sets forth how ShotMemoLite (hereinafter referred to as “this App”) and its developer/operator (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ or “our”) handle the information of our users. Please read this Policy carefully before using the App. By installing or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

1. Scope of Application

  • **Scope of This Policy**: This policy applies to the App and all services provided by the Company through the App (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
  • **Third-Party Services**: For external services such as Firebase and various frameworks provided by Apple (e.g., Sign in with Apple, Push Notifications, Store Features, etc.), the privacy policies and terms of use separately established by each provider shall apply. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of these third-party services.

2. Information Collected

This app may collect or may collect the following information from users. Note that the actual items collected may vary depending on the Service's functional configuration and the user's usage of features.

2-1. Information Entered or Submitted by Users

  • Shooting memo information such as scene names, cut numbers, and duration
  • Media data saved by users within the app, including photos, thumbnails, and reference images for AR
  • Project names, work titles, tags, comments, etc.
  • Email addresses, content, and other information provided when submitting inquiries

2-2. Device and Log Information

  • Device type, OS version, app version
  • Usage dates/times, usage frequency, usage patterns (e.g., screen transitions, operation logs)
  • Crash logs, error logs

2-3. Identifiers and Notification-Related Information

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV, etc.) ※When used
  • Identifiers issued by external services (e.g., Firebase)
  • Device tokens for push notifications

2-4. Location and Camera Information

  • We may use the device's camera and sensor information to provide features like AR functionality. However, we do not generally intend to permanently store location information on our servers.
  • If we implement new features that store location information or similar data on our servers, we will explicitly notify users via in-app displays or revisions to this policy.

3. Purpose of Information Use

We use the information we collect within the necessary scope for the following purposes: 1. To provide, operate, and maintain this service 2. To provide functions for saving, viewing, organizing, etc., of notes, photos, AR information, etc. 3. To improve the quality of this app, enhance its features, and plan/develop new features 4. To respond to failures, investigate malfunctions, and implement security measures 5. To analyze usage patterns and create statistical data 6. To respond to inquiries and notify users of important announcements (e.g., feature changes, terms revisions) 7. To prevent unauthorized use and address violations of the Terms of Service 8. To comply with legal obligations or respond to requests from public authorities (e.g., government agencies, courts) ※ The above purposes of use may be changed within a reasonably relevant scope that does not disadvantage users. In such cases, the revised purposes of use will be announced within this app or on websites, etc.

4. Use of External Services

This app may use external services such as those listed below. The privacy policies of each service provider apply to the information these services collect and use.
  • Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging, etc.)
  • Authentication, notification, and store-related services provided by Apple
  • Other analytics, notification, and backend services that may be added in the future
We may provide or share necessary information obtained through the use of these external services with the relevant service providers within the scope of the purpose of use.

5. Provision to Third Parties

We will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases: 1. When the user has given consent 2. When required by law 3. When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining the user's consent is difficult 4. When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining the user's consent is difficult 5. When cooperation is necessary for national agencies, local governments, or their contractors to perform duties prescribed by law 6. When the business is transferred due to the transfer of all or part of the business, company split, business transfer, or other reasons

6. Information Retention Period

  • We retain information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
  • Even if a user deletes data from this app or uninstalls the app, information may remain on the server side for a certain period in the form of backups, logs, etc.
  • Where necessary to fulfill legal obligations, we may retain information for the period specified by the relevant laws and regulations.

7. Security Measures

The Company implements reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of user information. However, the Company does not guarantee the use of the latest security technology at all times. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for security incidents occurring without fault attributable to the Company (except where otherwise required by law).

8. User Rights

Users may request the following regarding their personal information held by the Company:
  • Request for disclosure
  • Request for correction, addition, or deletion
  • Request for suspension of use or erasure
  • Request to stop provision to third parties
If you wish to make any of these requests, please contact us using the method described in the “Contact Us” section. However, we may not comply with such requests based on laws and regulations in the following cases:
  • Where there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
  • Where there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of our business operations
  • Where compliance would violate laws and regulations
If we do not comply with a request, we will inform you of the reason to the extent possible.

9. Minor Users

  • When a minor user uses this app, it is deemed that consent has been obtained from a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.
  • Information concerning minors will also be handled appropriately in accordance with this Policy.

10. Policy Changes

  • The Company may change the content of this Policy without prior notice to users, unless otherwise required by law.
  • The revised Policy shall take effect upon its posting within the App or on websites designated by the Company.
  • In the event of significant changes, the Company will notify users through methods deemed appropriate, such as announcements within the App.
Continued use of the App after such changes shall constitute the User's acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Disclaimer

  • The Company shall not be liable for any information leaks, malfunctions, or other damages caused by external services (such as Firebase, Apple services, etc.), except where such damages are attributable to the fault of the relevant service provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the user's device environment, communication environment, conflicts with other apps or services in use, etc., except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  • Regarding this free service, we shall not be liable for any warranty of quality or any other legal liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
